Monodactylus or swallowtail fish

Swallowtail fish or Monodactylus silver, scientific name Monodactylus argenteus, belongs to the family Monodactylidae. A flock of these beautiful active fish looks spectacular. They are hardy and unassuming to the diet, easy to keep, if you can create a marine or brackish aquarium. Not recommended for novice aquarists.
